Let's get started on the path to health, ease and greater well-being.

The 8-week Mindfulness course (MBSR) is one of the most direct and effective ways to begin to explore mindfulness in your daily life and develop a daily mindfulness practice.

What to Bring to Class One:

Personal Intention Statement:  The form is available in your course workbook or by clicking here.
Blanket, yoga mat or other cushioned pad as you may practice the Body Scan while lying down. You may also choose to sit for this practice.
Comfortable Clothing: Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing for maximum comfort. Layering is also useful as the room temperature can vary.
Water Bottle or other personal accessories as needed.

Bits of information

Refund Policy - No refunds will be returned to participants after the first group session though you will be allowed to take the class at a later time if this is appropriate.
Recommended Reading-  Wherever You Go, There You Are by Jon Kabat-Zinn which has many additional and insightful readings suggested by Diana during the class and Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zin, which is the course text. Both books are optional.
Special considerations- Physical or other that requires special considerations, please contact Diana.
Class begins promptly- If you arrive late, please make your way into the room quietly and take a seat nearest to the door. If you think you might miss a class during the 8-week course, please let Diana be aware ahead of time (if possible) so that you can make arrangements for additional instruction, as needed.
Sharing your email address- We respect your privacy and will never share your email address with another party. During the course, Diana will send a weekly communication in the form of class summaries and information about class.  We include your email address on our monthly newsletter. If you prefer not to receive emails from Diana, please let us know.
