5-MINUTE MEDITATION CHALLENGE WEEK
JULY 14 - 21, 2019

INTENTION STATEMENT

I commit to meditating for 2-5 minutes+ each day in this practice period from JULY 14 - 20, 2019. This is a 2-5 minute+ meditation committed to stillness and silence without guidance or movement. This is a 2-5 minute+ commitment in addition to your daily practice, if you have an existing practice. If you do not have another practice, begin here and NOW. EVERY MOMENT AND BREATH breathed mindfully COUNTS.

**WE WILL BE ADDING A MINUTE OF MEDITATION EACH WEEK FOR THE NEXT 7 WEEKS. IF YOU CAN DO ONE-MINUTE EACH DAY, THIS IS SPECTACULAR…IF YOU CAN DO MORE….THIS WILL GROW YOUR HEART-MIND IN WAYS THAT ARE UNIMAGINABLE. LET’S DO IT TOGETHER!!!
IF YOU ARE IN FOR THE 4-MINUTE DAILY PRACTICE THIS WEEK, YOU DO not need to RSVP.

A “5”, WILL BE PLACED NEXT TO YOUR NAME, unless you let me know otherwise. I am moving you and your practice along…..easy as that. Your heart and mind are already opening and expanding from the fierce and noble intention for daily practice. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

The intention of this practice is to recognize the present moment awareness available every moment, even in the midst of the turbulence and busyness of the day. We will also be cultivating the unconditional and fierce commitment to daily practice that we each find challenging with the kind, compassionate and gentle attention we all need to sustain and grow a daily practice.

In addition, it is our aspiration to remember that we are never practicing alone. We are always being held in the wide-open arms of the sangha that is present now, was present before and is present in all moments to come. This practice is designed to invite the heart-mind muscle of determination, discipline, kindness, trust and confidence of the blessings and benefits that will result
